These NZ Member Draw Terms apply to The Library NZ Member Draw - August 2026 for the promotion period stated below.
These Terms should be read together with the JamesPratt.com Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any other terms that apply to your membership.
If there is any inconsistency between these NZ Member Draw Terms and the general Terms of Service, these NZ Member Draw Terms apply to this member draw.

James Pratt trades as JamesPratt.com and sells digital products, memberships, resources, and services online as a person in trade.
This member draw is a member benefit connected with The Library membership.
The Library is the product.
The Library provides access to practical guides, templates, checklists, workbooks, prompt packs, learning resources, member spaces, roadmap updates, and other applicable member benefits.
This member draw is a support layer. It does not replace The Library as the main value of the membership.
Membership prices represent the price for access to The Library and applicable membership features. Prices are not increased or inflated to fund member draws.
The promotion period for this member draw is:

Draw date: 3 September 2026, 12:00pm NZT
Only eligible members who meet these Terms at the eligibility cut-off will be included in this draw.
No entries will be accepted after the closing time.
The prize for this member draw is:
Prize: 1 × NZ$250 cash prize
Prize type: Cash
Prize characteristics: One NZ$250 cash prize, paid in New Zealand dollars by bank transfer to a New Zealand bank account nominated by the verified eligible winner.
If the prize is a cash prize, it will be paid in New Zealand dollars.
The prize is not transferable unless JamesPratt.com agrees in writing.
The prize cannot be exchanged for another prize unless JamesPratt.com decides that a substitute prize is necessary because the advertised prize is unavailable or cannot reasonably be provided.
This member draw is open only to eligible New Zealand residents aged 18 or over.
To be eligible, you must:
be a New Zealand resident;
be aged 18 or over;
hold an eligible paid The Library membership plan;
have an active paid membership at the eligibility cut-off;
not be in payment default;
not have cancelled your membership before the eligibility cut-off;
comply with the JamesPratt.com Terms of Service;
comply with these NZ Member Draw Terms;
provide reasonable eligibility verification if requested.

The following people are not eligible:
Global members;
members on The Library | Global Founding Member plan;
people outside New Zealand;
people under 18;
people who are not New Zealand residents;
people whose membership is unpaid, cancelled, refunded, suspended, or terminated before the eligibility cut-off;
people who cannot verify eligibility when reasonably requested;
James Pratt;
employees, contractors, service providers, or advisers directly involved in administering the draw;
immediate family or household members of any person directly involved in administering the draw, where exclusion is required to keep the draw fair.
Global members are not eligible to enter NZ-only cash member draws.
Global members are paying for The Library access and any applicable global member benefits. They are not paying for entry into NZ-only cash member draws.
Entry is automatic for eligible active New Zealand members who meet these Terms at the eligibility cut-off.
Unless stated otherwise:
one eligible active New Zealand member receives one entry;
entries are not transferable;
no purchase of individual resources gives an extra entry;
annual members do not receive more entries than monthly members;
members do not receive extra entries for referrals;
members do not receive extra entries for reviews;
members do not receive extra entries for comments;
members do not receive extra entries for shares;
members do not receive extra entries for follows;
members do not receive extra entries for testimonials;
members do not receive extra entries for challenges;
members do not receive extra entries for community activity;
members do not receive extra entries for completing tasks.
This is intended to be a simple member draw:
One eligible active New Zealand member = one entry.
There is no separate entry fee for this member draw.
The member draw is connected to eligible paid The Library membership.
No extra task, referral, review, share, comment, testimonial, challenge, follow, or community activity is required to receive an entry.
Members should not be told that they can improve their chances by completing extra tasks.
This member draw is active only for the fixed promotion period stated in Section 3.
This draw will be conducted on the draw date stated in Section 3.
The prize value stated in Section 4 applies only to this draw.
Future membership milestones, planned reward tiers, roadmap benefits, or give-back references do not guarantee that a future draw will run.
Each future draw will only be active when specific NZ Member Draw Terms have been published with a fixed promotion period, eligibility cut-off, draw date, prize value, and winner selection process.
After the eligibility cut-off, JamesPratt.com will prepare a list of eligible entries.
The winner will be selected by random draw from the eligible entry list.
The draw will take place on:

Draw time: 12:00pm NZT
Draw location: Porirua, Wellington, New Zealand
The random draw may be conducted using a random number generator, spreadsheet randomisation process, draw software, or another fair random selection method.
JamesPratt.com will maintain records of the draw process, eligible entry list, winner selection, verification, notification, redraws, and prize delivery for at least six months, or longer where reasonably required for legal, tax, accounting, privacy, dispute, or compliance purposes.
JamesPratt.com’s decisions on eligibility, winner selection, verification, redraws, and prize delivery are final, subject to any rights that cannot legally be excluded under New Zealand law.
The selected winner will be contacted using the email address associated with their membership account.
JamesPratt.com will aim to notify the selected winner within 3 business days after the draw.
The selected winner must respond within 7 days of the notification email.
If the selected winner does not respond within the stated timeframe, cannot be contacted, does not wish to accept the prize, cannot verify eligibility, is found to be ineligible, or cannot lawfully receive the prize, JamesPratt.com may conduct a redraw.
Before a prize is awarded, JamesPratt.com may require the selected winner to verify:
identity;
age;
New Zealand residency;
active paid membership status;
payment status;
contact details;
bank account or prize delivery details, where relevant;
any other information reasonably needed to administer the draw lawfully and fairly.
If verification is requested and not provided within the stated timeframe, the selected winner may be treated as ineligible and a redraw may occur.
We will only request copies of identification or residency evidence where reasonably necessary to confirm age, identity, New Zealand residency, membership status, fraud prevention, or lawful prize administration.
We will aim to collect the minimum information reasonably needed for verification and will handle that information in accordance with the JamesPratt.com Privacy Policy.
A redraw may occur if a selected winner:
cannot be contacted;
does not respond within the stated timeframe;
does not wish to accept the prize;
cannot verify eligibility;
is found to be ineligible;
has breached the JamesPratt.com Terms of Service;
has breached these NZ Member Draw Terms;
has provided false or misleading information;
cannot lawfully receive the prize;
cannot receive payment or delivery of the prize.
A redraw will be conducted using the same or a substantially similar random selection process from the remaining eligible entries.
If a redraw is required, it will be conducted within 7 business days after the original selected winner is treated as ineligible, unable to accept the prize, unable to verify eligibility, or unable to be contacted within the stated timeframe.

Prizes will be provided to verified eligible winners within 3 months after the draw, unless the winner cannot be identified, cannot be contacted, does not respond within the stated timeframe, does not wish to accept the prize, cannot verify eligibility, or cannot lawfully receive the prize.
For cash prizes, payment will be made by bank transfer to a New Zealand account nominated by the verified winner.
JamesPratt.com is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect details, failure to respond, third-party provider delays, or circumstances outside its reasonable control.
JamesPratt.com may publish limited winner information for transparency, such as first name, surname initial, and region, unless doing so would create a privacy, safety, or legal concern.
JamesPratt.com will not publish sensitive personal information.
JamesPratt.com will not use a winner’s full story, image, video, testimonial, case study, or identifiable promotional material without appropriate permission.
Personal information collected for this draw will be handled in accordance with the JamesPratt.com Privacy Policy.
The winner is responsible for any personal tax, reporting, bank, benefit, or other obligations that may arise from receiving a prize.
JamesPratt.com does not provide tax, financial, legal, benefit, or accounting advice.
The winner should seek their own advice if needed.
JamesPratt.com may remove an entry, withhold a prize, suspend access, cancel membership, or conduct a redraw if it reasonably believes that a person has:
provided false or misleading information;
used the wrong membership plan;
misrepresented New Zealand residency;
misrepresented age or identity;
engaged in fraud;
misused the membership;
shared login details;
breached the JamesPratt.com Terms of Service;
breached these NZ Member Draw Terms;
attempted to manipulate or interfere with the draw;
created safety, privacy, compliance, or operational risk.
JamesPratt.com may change, suspend, or cancel this member draw if necessary because of legal, regulatory, technical, platform, payment, fraud, security, operational, or other circumstances outside reasonable control.
JamesPratt.com will not change the draw in a way that unfairly disadvantages eligible members after the promotion period has opened, unless required for legal, regulatory, safety, fraud prevention, or operational reasons.
If the draw is cancelled after opening, JamesPratt.com will take reasonable steps to notify affected members.
Participation in this member draw does not guarantee that you will win a prize.
Membership does not guarantee income, business results, prize outcomes, affiliate income, sales, customers, funding, job outcomes, or any specific personal or professional result.
The main value of the membership is access to The Library and applicable membership features.
Nothing in these NZ Member Draw Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under New Zealand law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JamesPratt.com is not responsible for loss, delay, error, failed communication, platform issue, payment delay, incorrect member information, or third-party provider issue that affects the administration of the draw, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
This member draw may be promoted on social media platforms, websites, email, or other online channels.
This member draw is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Google, Meta, X, or any other social media platform or third-party platform unless expressly stated.
Members and participants must comply with the terms, rules, and policies of any platform they use in connection with this member draw.

These NZ Member Draw Terms are governed by New Zealand law.
Any dispute relating to this member draw will be dealt with under New Zealand law.
