The Practical AI Snapshot is usually better if you are still asking where AI fits across your organisation, what to prioritise first, or whether your people, systems, and governance are ready.

The AI Systems Consult works best when the question is already specific.

Yes. If a chatbot is relevant to your workflow, we can discuss the use case, risks, boundaries, human escalation, and whether it is the right option.

No. This consult is for planning, decision-making, and systems thinking only.

If hands-on implementation is the right next step, the Done-for-You AI Automation Setup or AI Growth System may be a better fit.

You receive a post-call action summary outlining the main priorities, risks, options, and recommended next step.

The next step may be a small test, a pause, done-for-you setup, a fuller AI Health Check, or no further action.

Yes. If the AI Health Check is the recommended next step and you book and pay within 14 days of your AI Systems Consult, the NZ$299 consult fee can be credited towards your Health Check.

One credit applies per client or business.

Refunds are not available once the session has been delivered.
