Booking and Rescheduling Policy

This is a time-based service and delivery capacity is reserved. Refunds are not available once the service has been delivered. If you need to reschedule your kickoff session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice where possible. For full details, please review our Refund Policy.

Limited delivery slots are available each week to protect quality and turnaround times.

Payment Options

  • Pay in full: USD $1,499

  • Pay in 2 instalments: 2 × USD $849.50 (total USD $1,699)

Implementation begins after the first instalment is paid and intake/access are received. Final handover occurs once the final instalment is paid.

If the second instalment is not received within 30 days of the first payment, implementation may be paused and your delivery slot may be released.

How long does it take?
