  • The Village is a place to help people find useful next steps, relationships, resources and pathways as work and opportunity change.

  • People may enter through a community, employer, partner, programme or direct access when available.

2. Who is The Village for?

  • The Village is for people working out what comes next around work, income, capability, business, relationships or new opportunities.

  • You do not need to arrive with a complete plan.

3. How can I join?

  • Direct individual membership is currently paused.

  • You can register your interest, or you may be able to enter through an approved community, employer, partner or programme pathway.

4. What kind of help could I find?

  • That depends on what you need.

  • The Village may help you reach useful people, practical resources, communities, programmes or other pathways relevant to what you are trying to move forward.

5. If a community or employer funds my access, what can they see?

  • Funding or providing access to The Village does not give an organisation access to your private conversations, personal context or individual activity.

  • Connections and sharing should happen with appropriate permission.
