What It Means to Be an Active, Engaged Ambassador
To keep our Ambassador community thriving, all Ambassadors are expected to:
Drive Results: Generate at least 4 sales per month (or 12 per quarter) of memberships, digital products, or consultations.
Engage & Inspire: Participate in at least 8 micro course discussions and/or lessons per month.
Contribute to Growth: Support JamesPratt.com by contributing and co-hosting virtual talanoa sessions, assisting with cultural challenges, and helping create new learning resources.
Lead with Integrity: Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, cultural sensitivity, and integrity, representing JamesPratt.com positively at all times.
If KPIs are unmet for one quarter, we’ll provide additional support or training. If unmet for two consecutive quarters, or if there’s a breach of the Code of Conduct, the agreement may be ended.

No, joining is completely free. You gain access to exclusive benefits, resources, and commissions without any upfront costs.
With your unique coupon code, you’ll earn commissions on all sales by your referred clients, including all future and recurring subscription payments. Commissions are paid monthly in USD via Stripe or Wise.
No, all Ambassadors start on the Core tier (15% commission, 20% discount). As you generate more sales, you’ll automatically unlock higher tiers with greater rewards.
Commissions are calculated on the price after your client’s discount is applied, for every purchase and every recurring payment for subscriptions or memberships.
Yes. Once a client uses your coupon code to join or subscribe, you will receive commissions on all future purchases and on every recurring payment for as long as they remain subscribed and you remain an active Ambassador. Their discount is locked in for the entire life of their subscription or membership.

Codes must be 4–12 characters, alphanumeric only (no spaces or special characters), and case-insensitive. We’ll confirm availability before assigning your code.
After submitting your application:
Application Review: Your application will be reviewed, and you will be contacted within 7 days to advise if you have been shortlisted.
Shortlisting & Interview: If shortlisted, we will arrange a mutually convenient time to meet with you via Microsoft Teams. This meeting will give you an opportunity to learn more about the Ambassador role and ask any questions you may have.
Final Review & Decision: After the meeting, we will review your application and discussion before making a final decision.
Onboarding: If approved, you will receive onboarding instructions, access to JamesPratt.com, your professional email address, and all the resources you need to get started as an Ambassador.
